A) Reduces Wear & Tear of tyre / tire.
In open cast
mines tyre / tire represents the highest cost factors next to
diesel and hence savings on tyre / tire changes even the economy
of mines. The tyre / tire fitted on the earth moving equipments
are the costliest single running cost factor in the operation of
wheeled loaders considering the original cost, maintenance,
recapping, recycling and down time. The operating cost of wheeled
loaders can be reduced by more than 28 % by using tyre / tire
protection chain which cost less than 5 % of the loaders.
B)
Increases tyre / tire Grip on ground.
In a survey
conducted by us it was found that the ground grip increases by 18
% while using tyre / tire protection chains which results in to
increase of loading capacity by 18 %.
This ground grip
increases capacity of loader to work on wet & slippery grounds
resulting in to increase of production & reduction of
accidents.
C)
Protection of tyre / tire from Cut & Puncture.
In a survey
conducted by us it was found that 64% efficiency of Dumper trucks
goes waste due to puncture and cuts on tyre / tire. This could be
avoided if proper tyre / tire protection chains are used on dump
trucks (dumpers)
D)
Protection of tyre / tire from Burn on Hot Slag.
The maximum life
which is obtained on pay loaders working for hot slag removal is
1440 working hours. With tyre / tire protection chains it can be
increased to 20000 Hrs*.
